Below are some guidelines for Electronic Pre-Press:
Do:
- Include all Fonts used in your layout
- Include entire font family when sending
- Send final images in EPS or TIF format (no JPG or GIF)
- Send files on the following storage media:
- Zip100, Jaz, CD or 3.5" disks (MAC)
- or Zip100, Zip250, CD, or 3.5" disk (PC)
- Email smaller files using either Stuffit(MAC) or Winzip(PC)

Do Not:
- Do not send Corel or Publisher Files
- Do not use RGB colors - only CMYK
- Do not apply color screens to Grayscale images
- Do not include missing links in your documents
- Do not Trap your images, RAMPAGE will do that for you
- Do not include poorly created clipping paths
- Do not leave articles in pasteboard of your documents
